Kevin Wallace
FOUNDER
Kevin Wallace is the CEO of Wallace Properties, a real estate company based in Bellevue that develops, owns and operates commercial properties in Washington State. Kevin began his career as a real estate attorney at K & L Gates and Foster Pepper. He served for eight years on the Bellevue City Council and currently serves on the board of several Eastside civic organizations, including the Bellevue Chamber of Commerce, the Bellevue Foundation, Washington Policy Center and Eastside Business Alliance.

Barry Horn
FOUNDER
Barrett (“Barry”) H. Horn is Executive Vice President, National Production at Guild Holdings Company, where he oversees retail production, strategic planning, and sales operations. He joined Guild in 2008 following its acquisition of Liberty Financial Group, which he founded and led as Chairman and CEO. Barry has served in his current leadership role since 2014 and has been a member of Guild Mortgage’s board of managers since 2020. Previously, he held executive roles at IBM, Attachmate, and Saltmine. He also serves as chairman of the board of trustees for Northwest University, Liberty Road Foundation, and Vossler Media Group.

Ruphina Nord
PURSUIT UNITED MANAGER
Serves on the Board of the Washington State Young Republicans as National Committeewoman. She is also the Pursuit United Manager, helping drive key initiatives forward with excellence and consistency. Above all, she is an incredible mother who leads with strength and heart. -

Natalie Wallace
Natalie Wallace spent the early years of her corporate career as a private investigator and paralegal at large law firms in the Seattle area working in litigation before segueing into a life in media. She sold story ideas and optioned screenplays into the Hollywood pipeline and has also worked in video, film, commercials and photography. She recently retired her near 20 year career as a master photographer and studio owner. Natalie lives in Bellevue with her husband Kevin and is the mother of three adult sons.

Mindy Nelson
Mindy Nelson Is a strategic marketing executive, business owner and faith driven civic leader with over 35 years of experience in communications, organizational development, and operational leadership. She brings expertise in strategic planning, brand stewardship, stakeholder engagement and long term growth. She enjoys serving on multiple local and national boards. Married for 17 years, Mindy and her husband Don share a blended family of four children and 9 grandchildren.

Brian Biege
Brian Biege is an Executive Vice President at CBRE and a commercial real estate entrepreneur born, raised, and deeply rooted in the Puget Sound region. A Seattle Pacific University graduate, he recently celebrated his 20th anniversary at CBRE, where he leads the Technology Practice for the Pacific Northwest, advising corporate clients on real estate strategy, lease negotiations, and workplace decisions. He resides in Yarrow Point with his wife Liz - his high school sweetheart - and their three children, Blakely, Taylor, and Connor. He and his family have attended The Pursuit Church since January 2025.
